Week2Day1
I did not want to work out this morning. I rolled around in bed for a solid 30 minutes thinking, “but I only went to bed 6 hours ago,” and “I was on my feet for 6 hours at work last night…that counts right?”
Nope.
I dragged my sorry ass out of bed and headed for the scale. I had barely 1,000 calories yesterday and didn’t go down at all? Talk about a shitty way to start the day!! Alas…I figured going back to bed wouldn’t make that number drop, so instead I got in my car and headed out to my running spot for day1 of week2.It was tough(ish.) I should have brought sunglasses and I should have left my apartment right when I woke up, instead of waiting for the temperature to hit 80 and continue rising. BUT— I went a little farther, increased my running pace per mile, and definitely don’t regret getting out of bed :) I’m heading downtown to do a little shopping, and hopefully noshing on a salad later…I am CRAVING cold and crunchy!!!
